Description of the complex

The Residential Complex Luceafarul, with its 4.000 apartments, aims at redefining the term comfort for the inhabitants of the city of Oradea. With the two central locations - Aradului and Universitatii - we want to prove that changing the rhythm of everyday life does not mean getting far away from the city, but, on the contrary, shorter distances and, thus, shorter time spent in the car or on the road. The project shall be split in stages over several years and shall be developed following the market needs.
